Shrink Hood

Provides alternatives to conventional way of hooding finished products against environmental conditions both on automatic shrink machines and manual shrink operations. Shrink Hooding offers a variety of different thickness and rigidity and clarity options as per customer request.

  • No stretching required to film surface during process, therefore 90% of non-compliance issues seen on stretch hooding does not apply here.
  • Limited amount of expensive high-end polymers are used, this is why cost of film is relatively more convenient compared to stretch hood films at same thickness.
  • Can be performed automatically on running line or manually with a gas heat shrink gun on ground. It is not mandatory to invest on a specific dedicated shrink line.
